There are 10 rooms comprising a seating area. They come with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and cable channels, as well as such comforts as air conditioning. An electric kettle, tea and coffee making equipment are included in the rooms of the Kumu Beach Balapitiya. A bidet, a separate toilet, and a shower, along with such amenities as hair dryers and towels, are also at guests' disposal. Guests can enjoy rooms with views of the ocean.
